National Alpaca Farm Days Open House - Saturday & Sunday, September 24 & 25, 2011
1:00p-5:00pm both days. Join us either Saturday or Sunday for an Open House where you can meet our alpacas and learn all about these magical creatures. We will have alpaca products available from alpaca yarn and roving for spinning to alpaca poop to fertilize your garden.

Alpacas 101: Topknot to Toenails* - January 14, 2012
9:00am-5:00pm. This one day seminar will cover all you need to know about raising alpacas before purchasing them. Topics covered will include: the history of alpacas, selection guidelines for purchasing alpacas, farm/ranch set-up, financial aspects, business planning, marketing, herd management with emphasis on raising alpacas in hot/humid climates.
